MISEOUL
Miso in Korean means Smile.
Seoul, the capital of South Korea where Chef Lee was born and raised.


In 2010, Chef Lee dreamed of opening a food truck in America. Between 2010-2020 Chef Lee met Chef Andres while interning in Miami, Florida at The St. Regis. After another few years Chef Andres would go on to opening two restaurants in North Texas and invited Chef Lee to head one of his locations.

In the mist of COVID-19, both Chef's found and bought a food truck and decided to hit the ground running on a new business together.. thus created MiSeoul Korean Soul Food.

Chef Lee and Chef Andres want to provide their customers with a taste of South Korea in Texas.
